Charges for office visits and procedures are determined by the time required, the equipment used, and personnel involved in your care. Billing is expensive because of the labor, materials, and postage involved. Therefore, to keep our fees low, we request payment at the time service is rendered.
We are glad to discuss any questions or problems you may have regarding all charges and fees. We can help you with filing your insurance, and accept VISA, MasterCard, and payment by check. We do impose a charge for a returned check.
