To schedule an appointment, you may request an appointment time online which we will confirm or please call one of our offices. We see patients by appointment Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at your earliest opportunity. This courtesy will allow us to be available to serve other patients.
We recommend you arrive early for your appointment or complete your pre-registration paperwork online before you arrive. You should allow the necessary time either online or in the office to complete any paperwork and prevent delays in the event other items of business such as insurance questions or other problems that may arise.
Please bring all of your prescription medications when you come for your appointment. This helps us assure that you have received the proper medications and dosages, allows us to identify what refills you may need, and gives you the opportunity to ask questions about your medication.
Other people may be called in ahead of you. These patients are often being seen by the nurse only for lab tests, blood pressure checks or other services which do not require time with the doctor. Rendering these services in no way interferes with the regular schedule or the time reserved for you. Thank you for your understanding.
