Mark Tafazoli, M.D.

Dr. Tafazoli began practicing in Cullman in 2001. He received his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in 1998. Dr. Tafazoli completed his internship and resideny at the Montgomery Family Practice Residency Program in Montgomery, AL in 2001. He is board certified in both Sleep Medicine and Family Practice.  Dr. Tafazoli has privileges at Cullman Regional Medical Center, Woodland Medical Center and Cullman Outpatient Surgery Center.
