Dr. Sharpton began practicing in Cullman in 1992. He received his medical degree from Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988. Dr. Sharpton completed his internship at the University Medical Center in Plantation, FL in 1989. He completed his residency at Medical Center East in Birmingham, AL in 1991. His undergraduate study was completed at Auburn University. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
